Cosphatec GmbH has created a brand new product line with a combination of well-established multifunctionals and traditional antimicrobial substances that allow safe and efficient conservation without using criticized preservatives like parabens, triclosan and MIT. Even in low concentrations, the Cosphagard blends show a strong efficiency against bacteria, yeasts and molds. The carefully designed and made in Germany Cosphagard blends are water soluble, innovative and provide an extremely good price-performance ratio, according to Cosphatec. Cosphagard Pretec was nominated for the “Innovation Zone New Ingredient Award” at In-Cosmetics Asia 2016. Cosphagard Pretec (INCI: Phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, phenylpropanol or perfume) is free of parabens, triclosan and MIT, and is suitable for sensitive skin and baby care. This technology also offers a good price-performance ratio, said the company. Also, Cosphagard Presol (INCI: Phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol) is free of parabens, triclosan and MIT. It is highly efficient and water soluble, according to the company.
